Purchases are subject to availability, pricing displayed at checkout in the application, and applicable seller terms.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not request or display secret payment credentials on this website.

9. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, abuse, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering for harm, and illegal commerce are prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

BlaqGram branding, software, and content are protected. Users retain rights to their own lawful content subject to license needed to operate the platform.

11. Platform Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Communications

Platform messaging should be used lawfully and respectfully.

13. Dispute Handling

Users should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Platform tools may support dispute workflows where available.

14. Account Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or the platform.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlaqGram and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
